Working Principle

A new type of energy-saving vibrator that uses gears to circulate through the exciter shell to ultimately achieve the purpose of bearing lubrication. There is a thin oil station external to the vibrator. The oil is pressed to the upper port of the vibrator through the oil pump, and the oil is sprayed into the bearing chamber through the oil injection nozzle. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the bearing throws the oil into the oil return tank, and then the oil suction pump sucks out the excess grease in the exciter. The impurities are filtered through the filter, and after cooling, it is returned to the thin oil station to achieve the effect of recycling.
