Zhongyi Mining Machinery's mobile roller screen feeder is a high-efficiency feeding and screening equipment that adopts tire-driven travel mode and has both feeding and pre-screening functions. This mobile roller screen is composed of a feeder and a double-layer stepped roller screen. It is very suitable for:

1. Pretreatment of construction waste, decoration waste, and stale waste

1. Materials smaller than 50mm can be directly entered into the screening process to reduce the workload of the crusher;

2. The rear end of the screen body is equipped with an air separator, which can effectively separate light substances;

Working Principle

Since the screen shafts are arranged according to different working angles, when the material runs at a higher working angle position, the speed is faster; when the material runs at a lower working angle position, the speed is slower. The materials running at two different speeds start to move axially when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, so that the materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of improving screening efficiency.

Precautions:

The shape of the waste particles has an impact on the screening efficiency. Generally speaking, spherical, cubic, and polygonal particles have higher screening efficiency; while the particles are flat or rectangular and should be screened with a sieve with square or circular mesh holes. The screening efficiency is lower.
