Working Principle

1. Structural composition: It consists of pressure separator, dewatering screen, impeller separator, reducer, vacuum pressure pump, cleaning tank, return water tank, motor, vibration motor and other components.

2. Work flow: The sand-water mixture enters the cleaning box, is separated by the impeller separator, and then enters the lower dewatering screen for dehydration treatment. The wastewater overflowing from the cleaning box (containing a large amount of fine sand, mud, dust and other impurities) is vacuumed The pressure pump transports the fine sand to the pressure separator, and then the fine sand after centrifugation, classification and concentration is discharged into the upper layer of the dewatering screen through the sand sinking spout. The wastewater, mud, dust, impurities, etc. in the cleaning box pass through the overflow port of the pressure separator. , discharged into the return water tank. The upper layer produces coarse sand for finished materials, and the lower layer produces fine sand for finished materials, or coarse and fine sand are mixed out (can be adjusted according to requirements).
